ASM1 OR AF15?

Iv been given an oportunity to trade my AF15 2.0 for a ASM1 7.0 c/OW does that sound reasonable concidering a 6.5 just went for 12500?

The rate of financial growth on the AF15 is much faster than ASM 1 why bother just keep your AF15 it will likely be worth double what it is worth now in 5-6 years. No way ASM 1 will double in value over that same time frame. AF15 is king and Spider-Man 1st appearance.

 

And for me cream to off-white is a big no on ASM 1....I would not buy one that had any type of cream pages.

Keep the AF 15, even in that grade (same as mine) it's the daddy of the S.A.

I totally agree with that this, but I do not think that cream to off white pages is that big of a deal breaker considering the age of the book.

All comes down to personal choice the only top 10 SA I am OK with having any type of cream pages are BB28, SC4 and TTA27 (the rarest of the top 10 books).

I instigate them myself. Its slightly a passion of mine. My goal is a 4.5 by the end of the year.

Cool. Never really done the trade thing, always just sold and purchased separately. Best of luck getting that 4.5! I would be very happy with a 3.0 SS.

AF15 is the way to go. With the money I bought for my Amazing Spiderman 1 6.5 in 1990, I could have gotten an AF15 6.0 then instead. Of course I need my AMS1 for my run.
