Spawn #1 B&W

I know there are about a (Best Dr. Evil Impression) BILLION copies of Spawn #1. But exactly how many B&W copies were made?

I have seen several differen't numbers published and I am sure someone else probably knows for sure, but I read somewhere that the B&W print run was half as many as the regular version. Again, I wouldn't stake my life on it, but I did read that so I guess it could be correct. I took a look at my latest overstreet and it didn't list a print run, so hopefully some one else will chime in with the correct number.

Diamond Distributor preorders were about 165k. Avg. about 25k more direct sales copies compared to surrounding Spawn # 64 & 66 due to b/w bonus added to Spawn 65 per Krause/CBG Catalog of Comics.
