Coverless X-Men #1

I bought a box of comics at a yard sale and about 30 of them were in real bad shape, no covers, missing pages, ect. While going through them I found X-Men #1 and #14. Both coverless but it looks like all the interior pages are there. The interior pages are still pretty white and supple, not brittle. Are these worth anything? I am generally of the opinion that coverless books are worthless, but the first issue of X-Men is a key issue.

The coverless X-Men #1 definitely has some value. Here's one that sold on the boards last year for $300:
