GRADE: VERY GOOD / FINE with Supple Off-White interior pages

 

Seller's Notes: A glossy, solid, supple and fairly sharp-looking tight stapled comic. Innocuous wear includes minor edge wear, both spine tips show wear and a small tear on the bottom right corner area of the FC. The back cover has little faded stain drops on some edges with 1 tiny corner missing. Light foxing on both interior covers.

 

This comic is 100% complete with no restoration.

Seller's Comments: Minor wear on the front cover with a nicer back cover, that could benefit from a press. Glossy, solid, tight, supple example. Tight and clean staples throughout, however, the center-fold alone remains detached. Little fading if not discoloration over the top part of the letter 'e' in the title name Archie.

 

This comic is 100% complete with no restoration.

Crime Mysteries #3 (Ribage Publishing, 1952) White pages. "Frank Frazetta contributed a page of art to this issue! This horror-tinged mystery book also has some hanging panels." ha - if you love this series you know how hard it is to find this one let alone in this kinda shape.

 

Condition: VG/FN

Solid, tight, glossy, supple and clean. Any wear of note is really on the front cover top and bottom edges. The BC does have light smudges almost like finger prints on the top edge. Manufacturing bleed-through on top of interior side FC. This comic is 100% complete and unrestored.

Grade: Fine Plus at minimum with a lean to FN/VF after a press

Super solid, tight and glossy. Likely manufacturing but there are a sliver of chips out on the BC bottom edge and a thin serrated long tear on the BC top edge. Light wear in general.

100% complete with no restoration.

Prison Riot #1 (Avon, 1952) Off-white to white pages. Everett Raymond Kinstler cover and art. Joe Kubert art. Contains the text story "Marijuana Murders." :cool:

 

Grade: VF at minimum.

Minor light wear including a pencil-prik of paper loss on the top of the cop's head on the bottom left corner. A gorgeous example hands down. This came from an original owner and it was well taken care of.

This comic is 100% complete with no restoration.
