Dell Four Color #973 Disney's Sleeping Beauty-Can You Spare a Grade?

12 posts in this topic

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if someone or someone(s) could possibly spare a grade on this book? It is a Dell Four Color #973 Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty and the Prince from 1959. I live in the same town as one of the voice actors from the movie and actually know them. I was thinking about getting it signed. What are the thoughts on that? I mean I know I can't get a CGC Sig. Series on it, but should I get it signed or just have it graded like it is? Thanks in advance!

Thanks! Would recommend having it slabbed? I will probably have the opportunity to get it autographed by the voice actress for Sleeping Beauty.

I recommended you to call CGC first before your book is being signed. You can find your local CGC reps who can witness your book being signed. Call them first. Ask for Michael Balnet.

nice job with the press

i was at a 6.0 pre-press, I just don't know how much the discolouration (on the front and back bottom covers) will affect the grade

7.0 seems about right

Thanks a lot! I think the press did help it some for sure...the dry cleaning on the back helped some as well.
