Incredible Hulk Magazine #1 -- UK; can't find much info on this

I recently picked this up at a garage sale. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the series -- I am not finding much.

I'm assuming it's Mavel UK with b/w reprints.

 

I do remember having it back in the day, these Marvel UK mags were everywhere back then.

Thanks! Its a nice enough copy. I am probably going to bundle it with a Rampaging Hulk #7. Wanted to see if it would be interesting for those collecting Hulk.

Rampaging Hulks are dirty cheap unless they're perfect. That's not going to be a very big bundle... you're better off keeping it. I don't see anyone buying this for more than $5 as an oddity.
