E.C. never did "Satan" stories as Gaines didn't approve of them. Atlas stole a march on its competitor with such darkly funny (and beautifully drawn) stygian tales such as this one.

Great books...Astonishing is one of the best PCH Atlas titles.

OK I'm fired up. I haven't taken this book out of the Mylar for a couple years. One of my Top 3 favorite PCH books. Bought this years ago from the dentist.

That's in most people's top 3, and chances are (because you bought it years ago) it was purchased before the book exploded. A good buy.

Yes. I managed to get this one, about a 6.0 to 6.5, along with a WTOF 8 in 4.0 for a whopping sum of $550. Alas, those were the days right?

Mine's pretty low grade, but at least it's off my "want list".

They certainly were, and this was after the original pre-code spike. That WM 4 ain't too shabby either - another top 3 pick for the PCH aficionado.
