Harvey file copies were just warehoused, without climate control, hence the PQ.

Yes, the file copies were not stored well so most have lower page quality. Out of all the Harvey file copies in my collection, only a few are higher than cr/ow.

My BCM 50 9.0 has OW/W pages! Very happy about that one. But yes, most high grade Harveys have Cream/OW at best.

To my eye the difference between cream pages and off white is minimal especially on Golden age.. But the Difference between off white and White appears more dramatic..
