Any help would be appreciated. Things to look for....

 

Small stain or two above the 20 cent mark and in the comics line. Not sure how to treat multiple ones like that. Lot of pressable non color breaking creases, Stain on the top left corner back cover, and if you look at the back bottom left corner, it looks like one of those production issues where there is a tiny piece of a couple of pages that were chopped.

some wear that runs along the spine, I'm not too concerned about the little dot above the 20-cent marker (foxing perhaps?)

 

The real killer with this books that top left BC stain, plus the huge crease that runs across the entire book.

 

I'm at about a 5.0 given the stain and crease. Perhaps if that crease presses out, a bit higher (FN maybe)
