Qualified Label for 1 detached staple at a grade lower then 2.0?

So lets say you have a real beaten up book but the cover is detached from one staple, will you still get a qualified grade even if its under a 2.0?

No, I think they would just deduct for the defect and put it in a blue label slab. Ordinarily, the green labels are for books that would get a significantly higher grade except for the defect.
