This story sums up the show for me...

 

Eric has a 3.5 AF #15. A guy comes by and asks how much? Eric says "twenty one five"

 

Buyer comes back 15 minutes later and says can you do $2000 in cash and give me $150 in books.

 

Eric is like what? I said I think he thinks you meant $2150?

 

He's like yeah, isn't that the price. Eric says no $21,500

 

The buyer says he thought it was a "crazy price" and I interject and say "you thought it was a crazy price and yet you walked away, came back a half hour later and then tried to negotiate even further. That's even crazier than the price

It was $2150. It was actually I who told Eric to add another zero.
