With the CC and HA auctions around the corner, will put up this book for sale.

 

Second highest graded copy behind a single 9.2 graded in 2005 and that I have never seen. It is locked away in Eric Roberts' collection. This book is from an OO collection that produced some of the highest (or second highest) graded Detectives in the 40s to date.

 

First mention of Gotham City in Detective Comics.

 

$4,800 shipped. Time payments ok, PM to discuss. This a CGC graded book so no returns.

 

No HoS or PL losers.
