I see dust shadowing on front cover near logo box dust shadowing / soiling on back cover's spine. Slight edge wear of the top front cover, ink (production?) in title and slight stress at bottom staple. Very vibrant color.

 

VF/VF+ Leaning more towards VF because of the dust shadowing. 8.0

I'm more in the 7.0 range with those corners and what looks like a thumb crease on the lower edge towards the spine.
