I'm calling it a GD (2.0). Comic is well intact at the staples and lays flat. Biggest problem with the comic that you might not be able to see in the scans is both front and back covers appear soiled. It's not like regular water damage where the comic is wavy and lumpy, this comic is flat, but it has wrinkles. I tried to take the best close-up pic i could of the defect. This is only the covers, the interior is fine.
