Avengers 22 - Double staples removed?

Hi this book has had staples removed. But it still has staples. What do you think happened and how would I tell? Have they been replaced? Unfortunately I didn't make a small back scan. So please use the link. I don't want to use too much bandwidth. While I am here could you also give a grade?

The book probably has two staples because the printer, who usually has a reserve of covers and books, had to dip into the reserve to finish the required print run. DiceX has a great post about this in the Q&A Comic Production thread.

 

That said, in CGC's eyes, it's far better to leave in the extra set of staples than to remove them. For this book, I'd day VG/F or 5.0.
