Can't speak for the grading but it looks like it may be too fragile to withstand a pressing without damage. Definitely have the presser get back to you before pressing and discuss the book's ability to withstand a pressing.

I would have to see pictures of the margins missing, slightly affects story. Is it art, is it partial balloons and text missing. CGC may grade it a 0.5 incomplete.

Depending on how much "slightly affects story" means, I could see it .5 or 1.5, or 1.0.

 

If speech balloon words are missing? I'd lean .5.

 

If maybe part of a leg or a arm is missing but the dialogue in a panel remains intact, I could see it closer to 1.5.

While it looked like the top edge was trimmed I think that was actually just bad original cropping, but the right edge..... I'm thinking it was trimmed.
