PGM Fantastic Four # 27

Just purchased from Boardie comicdey. A great book with an H2O stain on the top back cover that goes in slightly to the last page of the book. The rest of the interior is nice, white / off white. You grading skills are appreciated!

If selling it, maybe a 4.5 (if those are stains at back top, and not just the lighting).

I'm at a 4.5. Is that a 1/2 tear or fold (I think tear) just to the left of the second distributor spray on the bottom edge of the back cover? Also looks like a water stain on the top of the back cover. Awesome colors and a great cover!

Good eyesight! I took the book out of the mylar to inspect it. It is definitely a fold and not a tear.
