5.0 to 5.5, leaning toward the higher.

4.5-5.0 piece missing in top of back cover is the big ding

I think higher - 6.0 after a pressing

+1 - The back cover has several tears on the left edge and it appears there's a sizable piece missing on the top of the back cover. A press / cleaning would do the book some justice for sure but I don't think enough justice to hit a 6.0.
