anyway, my first comic of the year, just showed up in the mail. That's the good thing about having a grandmother that knows people that own some antique shops and knows I like old comics, I just get packages of old comics out of nowhere sometimes

The 4Most is low grade because of water stains on the covers and foxing. Otherwise I'd call it a 5.0 or 5.5. As is I wouldn't go higher than 4.0.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Unfortunately the cover is detached so the technical grade is much lower than it looks. Still a beautiful looking book that I'm very happy to have!
