There's 1 10.0 Golden Age book (can't recall right off the top of my head). There are a couple of 9.9s. Not sure if they are pedi or not.

How ironic--I happen to own perhaps the worst copy of that comic. Just got it from an ebay power seller (they made good on it). Completely browing and brittle with page one detached from the brittleness, cover loose, and get this, the pages are splitting at the spine while the cover is totally VG+ as stated.

Highest grades

 

Allentown 9.8 (Special Edition Comics #1 from 1940)

Larson: highest grade I have seen =9.4

Tom Reilly (San Francisco) highest grade I have seen =9.6.

This is kind of statistical anomaly since there are so many 9.6 Reilly's but not a single 9.8.

Rockford: highest grade I have seen =9.6

Vancouver: =9.8
