not this action 7, but i do own action 1,7,10,13,15,17,19,20to25 most are low grade with some degree of resto but that is okay they are mine ,and i enjoy them

the storybehind this lawsuit action comics 7 has to do with wonderman and wonder comics....when supes came out in action comics #1 HE WAS SUCH A HIT THAT OTHER COMPANIES STARTED TO COPY HIS IDEA OF THE SUPERHERO....the 1st to copy superman was wonderman in 1939,,,dc comics used these law suit copies actions 1 to 7[[yes,there is an action 1 lawsuit copy,but its been restored]..to prove in court the similarities between superman and wonderman as a copyright infringment...they won and wondercomics ended with issue # 2 OR 3.i believe these issues [court copies]were also used against the original captain marvel many years later which d.c finally won after many manyyears of battle and capt marvels name than became shazam!
