Eagle Eye Fun - Is that comic strip art in Animal House?

Watching Animal House and my comic art sense tingled at one point outside Dean Wormer's office.

 

In the background...that sorta looks like a comic strip, doesn't it?

 

 

Quickly jumped back to the horse scene and found a closeup of Flounder:

 

 

Kinda/sorta/maybe looks like a Peanuts? Or maybe something local to the school they shot at? (University of Oregon, President Boyd's office).

 

Probably a print more than an original, but pretty cool to spot any kind of strip art in a classic movie!!

I don't think its Peanuts, characters on't look right and the title its in the Peanuts style.
