I'll stop asking grades now before I get boo'd

Part of this was to test the 200dpi, 4" 50% (I tried 100% and they were like 800k)

That ink stain at the top looks like it came from the printers. It's on the top of all inner pages. It doesn't bleed in on the inner pages it's only on the edge.

Those stains are referred to as "distributor's ink" -- stripes applied along the top edge as a color code to facilitate the exchanging of books on the newsstands. Generally not considered a defect unless it bleeds heavily into the cover/pages. On this white cover, the ink on the left is borderline, but I'm not worried too much about it.

 

But then there's the dust shadow URC and the dirty, aged-looking areas near the FC spine and on the BC, so I've got to go with:
