Hellboy original appearance maybe? 0

I was going through Ebay and this page featured a Thor villain who appeared very like Hellboy in appearance, I also noticed that Al Milgrom was mentioned having worked on this comic Thor 450 pg 25. Am I too late in noticing this as it could already been known.

Aside from the two circles on his forehead, he doesn't really look anything like Hellboy.

If I were you, I'd ask Steve Donnelly for a second opinion on this one. May well be a 'Hellboy' prototype . . .
