Please grade Glassman10's Amazing Spider-Man #121 0

..another beauty from his collection . I adjusted the scanning curve/contrast to give a better "x-ray" of the front and back cover

 

There are slight pressable creases on the front and back cover.. opinions greatly appreciated.

 

I think the two tears on the bottom are from the printing process - with the one on the left being bigger than the one on the right as a result of the way the issue was misaligned/bound/stapled (you can tell from the back cover it isn't "straight"

That is a tear but it is a result of printing or binding or something - I see those often at the bottoms of Marvel issues from that period.. just not sure of the technical grading term for them
