That Betty and Steady is nice book.  Great grab, wj.  Aren't all those story titles on the front cover names of porn movies (not that I would know or that there is anything wrong with that )  

Honestly though not a book I have seen before.

I tried to find info on this book and couldn't find anything, so I assumed it must be pretty scarce.
