Silver Streak #1 "Pay Copy"

26 posts in this topic

Well, it's moving now:

$28,000 with a week left to go

Looks like it very well might hit $30,000 (2.5X Guide). What multiple of the Guide did the Pay Copy of Marvel #1 sell for at the time?

"Next Bid Meets Reserve"

Good point since the real question is: What was the last real bid since the "Next bid meets reserve" is usually nothing more than the classic Heritage bump being applied to the auction listing? For all we know, the last real bid may not have even hit the $10K mark.

So the internet bidding "stalled" at $28K. Anyone know if it went higher during the floor auction (I believe it was this afternoon)?

How does this work with the auction results archive? Say, for instance, that the floor bidding on this item went up to $35K. Would the record in the auction archive eventually be adjusted to reflect this or would the archive just show the internet result?

About 2 hours after the item is auctioned the computer will update with the results. The price listed will be the price with buyers premium, or it will say "Buy Now" if it didn't sell.
