Anyone else try selling books on letgo, gemr, cl, etc? 0

Made a few sales and met a couple of cool, fellow collectors; have also gotten the time wasting lowballers that don't read the ad. Would like to know of other people's experiences with the other options available besides ebay.

I must be behind the times - never even heard of letgo or gemr.  As for CL - no selling or buying of comics but there have been several threads or posts about buying on CL, often for collections.

Letgo and gemr are phone apps for buying and selling. I found out about letgo when they started running tv ads in my area about a year ago. Gemr is geared towards collectors of comics,  toys, etc. Someone had mentioned them on instagram so I took a look but other than people "liking" some of my books, I haven't made any sales.

Sold some cheaper books on CL and OfferUp.  I also got my fair share of low ball offers too.  Free listing with no fees and cash on the spot.  Can't beat that!

Just sold a book  today  to a guy off  Kijiji here in Toronto ... The guy showed up with his wife and 2 kids ... was weird ... oh well
