Detective 364 and Detective 370 values?

Overtstreet guide for #364 in NM is $55, and it says it has a SA Riddler appearance.

Overstreet guide for #370 in NM is $55, and it's first Neal Adams art on Batman, cover only.

I'd guess the #364 would sell for about $150 in CGC 9.4, and #370 would probably sell for around $200.

The only #364 I have a record of was offered in May of last year. It was a CGC 9.2 and brought $36.00. (This is not a very big statistical base. I would expect a 9.4 to bring a LOT more.)

#363 in 9.4 brought $300, #365 (Joker cover) in 9.4 brought $350.

A #370 in 9.4 brought $168.50 in July of last year.

The first Batman story (interior art) by Neal Adams is in World's Finest 175, May 1968. But the first classic Adams look for Batman arrived with the team-up with Deadman in Brave & Bold 79, Aug-Sept '68.

Cheers,

Z.
