In the previous discussion I read on the boards, this was decided to be the only appearance he ever made IIRC ---and it was not much of an appearance at all.

I always imagined that Death Stalker and Daredevil were fighting and sort of looked at this guy, shrugged their shoulders and continued the fight in a "what the hell was that?" manner.
