I think slightly better than 4,7 could even bring a 5.0- 6.0 range....

nice touch that the issue 60 is hand written in !

I'm thinking a solid 4.0..the two creases lower left back corner,lower front right,and looks like a tear on the spine about mid back cover,top front left?
