Decent eye appeal, but a couple tears at the top and about 7 small pieces out of the spine keep the grade down. Also a 1/4" spine split at top and detached from top staple. Bottom staple and centerfold are secure.  Despite the small pieces out, the spine is not separating, and the book is not fragile. Cream pages.
