Missing artwork vs restored artwork

Simple question; (maybe not so simple...)

A GA Key (very) has a third of a story page missing.  If the book looks otherwise like 7.0 what's the approx grade?

Same book, with the same issue but a restorer repairs the page with his/her artwork.  what's the apparent grade?

Any/All thoughts greatly appreciated...(thumbsu

Same book, restoration person/service replaces missing one third of a page of an otherwise 7.0 book: Grade, 7.0 Restored (Purple Label)
