The spine is not in good condition. The corners are well worn. There are a lot of color breaking folds. Lasty, there is little to no cover gloss, there are some instances of tanning, and there are slight ripples across the cover. I hate to disagree with my other forum mates, but I think a 5.0 is a bit of a stretch here. I'd say a 4.0 maybe on a good day, a 4.5. However, this is still worth about $650 at the bare minimum, and if I am wrong (which is definitely in the realm of possibility) and you get a 5.0-5.5, then you are looking at around $1000. Therefore, this is worth grading. Great book!
