Aces,

Any spine splits not visible in the scan? Is the cover attached at both staples?

 

I'm not sure if I would go as low as a 1.5. Assuming no spine splits and no major pieces missing I would go with a 1.8 with a shot at a 2.0. I've seen some graded 1.5 and 1.8 books and they have far more defects than this book.

It would really depend on the fragility of the spine which looks pretty rough, but unless it's one or two readings away from a complete spine split - I'd say a safe 1.8.

And yes, the cover is still on. No major pieces missing. Still looks not so good.

After seeing it in person I'd lean 1.8 rather than my initial 1.5.

The back is a little nicer than the front.
