1.  if you want the least amount of effort to sell, take multiple pictures of each one, and sell them as a lot in a group here on the boards as an auction in the 'sales' subforum.  This will not get you the best return, but you won't have to mail to multiple people, pay listing fees at any auction houses, or even learn about grading.  You may not get the absolute best price, but since there will likely be multiple bidders and public you can be reasonably sure you won't be super ripped off.  Make sure you package well and sell 'as is'.  You could also try to do this on ebay, but if you don't already have an account, you probably won't get good prices (not a known, trusted seller) and you'll have to pay ebay fees.

2.  Or you could mail the whole lot to heritage auctions or a different auction house (my comic shop) and let them take care of everything, and then they just mail you the money in a couple months.  You don't worry about pictures or grading or non-payment or returns or advertising or wondering if you got enough or about restoration issues (they'll check for you).  Note the auction houses take a significant cut and might take a long time.

3.  Or you can take the time to learn about grading and pricing and possibly third party grading so you can sell the comics individually.  This will take the most time and likely result in the highest amount of return.  But then you have to grade, sell, and market each comic separately on your own and possibly put MORE money into grading and deciding whether or not to have something professionally graded, then maybe pay for that service as well.  Even after this, you might still send some to auction houses or sell at different venues.

4.  The absolute easiest but most dangerous one is to post your list on craigslist, let people come by look at the comics for like 2 weeks, and just tell everyone who comes by that you'll just take the highest offer.

* Some people here on the boards might make you offers, and some of them might really be fair, but if your experience is really that lacking then you'll have a tough time trusting them, which is why a lot of my options above involve public auctions.

** Selling the comics as a lot will generally mean you get less than you would selling separately.  So if you have an idea of how much they are worth individually, you probably can't just aggregate those totals and expect to sell for that much.  The reason is this.  Most people are either collectors or sellers, or some combination of both.  A collector is likely to pay the top prices, but what are the odds that they want exactly the 25 comics you happen to be selling?  So they are likely going to be getting at least 10 comics they don't want.  Why would they wan't to buy them at full price if they don't even want them?  Why wouldn't they go out and buy just the 10 they actually want?  On the flip side, why would a comic seller buy all those comics just to sell them at the same price, that doesn't make any sense.  So if someone was more of a seller, they'd want to see profit margins, which necessarily means they'd be hoping to buy at a discount.  Now the preferred discount is dependent on the comic and the person you're dealing with and can get complicated, but its just something to think about.
