Downgraded..???!!!!!

Suppose that my CGC have 'Newton Rings' and 'Wave Damage', then, I send my CGC for recasing it.

And ,you know, 'Newton Ring' is caused by the inner and outer layer of plastic coming into contact and it gives the appearance of an oily effect and 'Wave Damage'means my book is bent. right?

Then, Because my CGC has 'Newton Rings', my book has been pressed and Because My CGC has 'Wave damages',  my book has been bent! right?

Then, is there any possibillity of downgrading becasue of 'Pressed and Bent situation' caused by 'Newton Rings and Wave Damages'?

Moot point since you should have already sent back the old/new slab and had CGC recase the book already.  The newton ring is really not fixable but the newest slab does not seem to have that much to be a problem from what I have seen.

Okay, I understand!

Then, what about the grading? Is there any possibillity of downgrading becasue of 'Pressed and Bent situation' caused by 'Newton Rings and Wave Damages'?

My understanding is they simply reslab the book to the new slab and out of the older new slab without a regrade.

Okay, Then what if I send my comics without the label which tells the CGC's grade and certification number?

Pressed and Bent situation affects the grading process??

If so, is there any possibility of getting a grade below 9.8??(Except Pressed and Bent situation, other conditon is exactly the same before regrading, which is 9.8 condition)

If you send the book in for a reholder, it has to be in the slab. A good condition slab. If you send the book out of the slab - label or no - it will be regraded.   Your grade might change.

Send it in for a reholder in the slab.  If this is a Generation 2 slab with no inner holder, then they will reholder into the new Generation 2 slab with an inner holder at no cost.

Then, you say Pressed and Bent situation affects 'the grading process' enough to downgrade under 9.8??
