PGM Batman 244 0

Just picked up a copy of Batman 244 and considering sending it to CGC to get graded.  What would you all grade this copy of Batman 244?

Those stains on the bc really hurt it. Maybe they can be cleaned but the shadowing is there to stay. I don't think it's worth the money to submit. 6.0 max. The stains drop it under 6 in my book.
