Cool thread.   Aside from the awesome "Stan dates Margie" in the classic Margie #36, and my Timely Club cover on Marvel Mystery Comics #74 I also own/owned USA #15 with this scene inside.  You have to look pretty closely at the name on the building (apologies if highjack from Stan, but I think Timely mentions could also be interesting add/topic to the thread).
