Grade on my Bats 251?

Here is my new Batman 251. It looks like a solid 8.5, but then there is the back cover poo stain. It's only on the BC, does not go through to the interior pages. Such a glaring defect on such a nice book makes my insides sad.

Very nice book. I have such books that are awesome except for one critical defect...love em! They are like the misfit toys--love them, for no one else will...

Thanks guys, I was thinking 6.0 myself. It is a keeper, great FC eye appeal and perfect QP. These are the kind of books I love to find, the look of a HG with the price of a mid-grade.
