PGM Fantastic Four 35 cent variant 0

I picked up this book this weekend at a local flea market. I believe it is a 35 cent variant? I beautiful copy with no hidden flaws. First off, is it what I think? And, what kind of grade would you give it? Many thanks. Books of this era are usually not my thing.

It's a whitman variant and a nice burster one at that, bit it's not a 35 cent variant.

Doesnt seem to be a rare variant-bout 1/2 the copies on ebay are the whitmans.

Yeah, as far as Marvel Whitmans, they must have printed a few boatloads of the that FF issue and the prior issue or two, it's pretty common even in high grade.
