This book looks pretty rare.  This is really the only listing i've found.  I have a guy locally trying to sell this to me.  What should I offer?

I can't seem to find the regular mini series in OSPG - kinda weird.  OSPG lists the special for $3 in NM-.

There are a couple of the Specials on Amazon for $250 - up.

I'm interested in what the story is behind this, since I've apparently got one logged into my collection as "mint".  It would probably take me five years to find it out in the comic cavern, though.

It does seem to be scarce-ish, since there aren't many copies out there for sale, that I can see.  However, there probably aren't too many folks actually looking for a copy either.

I could be wrong, I suppose, but I've had this book before.  Bought it for 10 cents, sold it for a buck.

It is strange that I don't see any on mycomicshop, though....

I'm guessing you could sell a "mint" copy for $500, whereas, the top dollar someone would pay me is 50 cents.

Just put it in your saved searches and wait for the $5 copy to pop up.

Not scarce. The whole series is a fun read and worth picking up but not for more than $5 a pop.

Best way to tell something is common it will say 'rare' in description.

Wasn't Marvel supposed to have been doing the same thing at the same time?  I seem to recall several Marvel artists researching for these stories.
