PGM: ASM #252

I have this copy of ASM #252 that has bindery tears at the top and bottom and there's also a super tiny pin hole (that white spec) next to the price box. The hole seems to be from production and on the inside cover there's a light line that ends at the hole. Other than that the copy's beautiful. Any help on grading this sucker would be appreciated.

I say 9.6 depending on how they grade the bindery tears... if those are production as well I don't see anything wrong with 9.8... I bought this book graded, so I'm not really sure what it looks like raw, or "typically" looks like cause I haven't found it in the wild either... hope some that helps...:wishluck:
