Someone got a heck of a deal on this page. Probably the most memorable story arc from when I was a kid [Avengers #165 Page 6]:

From my perspective nit picking the inks on one of the more memorable issues of the last 40 years is kind of funny, hardly a deal breaker IMO. From a nostalgia perspective this is about as exciting gets  for me, great imagery and battle scenes from some  of my favorite characters. Also, it will probably sit in a collection for the next 10 years so if you were looking to bargain shop you would have lost out on this (I doubt it was listed very long). If the buyer wanted to flip it, I'm sure they could recoup their money. Didn't Moy have another page from this arc listed for at least double this? A lot of the good X-Men pages go for $20-$30k so this page is good value in comparison.

I thought that page went high as well. Great page, but there are battle pages from that arc featuring the same villain battling Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor. That number would have made more sense to me if one or more of them appeared.

That being said, the CLink page was really really good.
