Opening at Top of CGC Case 0

Has anyone received books back where the top of the case was not sealed and you could easily stick your fingernail in between the 2 pieces of plastic?

I am pretty sure that they are all like that.

They aren't totally sealed and the top is where you have to start if you want to crack out the books.

I just received a CGC book in the new case.  I can easily stick my fingernails between the 2 pieces of plastic, at the top.

Thanks.  Didn't realize this was normal.  On my newest Superman 14 the top opens and closes with minimal pressure.
