Hey everyone!  I picked this book up at a local flea market today.  I know it is in rough shape, but what are your thoughts on the grade?  It does have a slight spine roll, one of the interior pages is dog eared, and the cover is detached at the bottom staple (but not at the top staple).  I picked it up because I liked the cover and I love old Golden Age random books like this!  Would it be worth it to have it pressed or would this one be non-pressable?  Should I get it graded?  Thanks in advance!

Tough one to grade. Not sure if the bottom staple is detached or just loose. No significant tears or missing pieces, I'll mark it as a 3.0.

I was thinking it is probably between a 2.0-3.0.  The staple is detached completely at the bottom, I can confirm that.  Would you get it pressed and/or graded?
