Hey everyone. I just picked this up last night and I'm pretty excited to own a copy finally. I'm planning on sending this in soon for grading.  I'm hoping for at least VF+ or better. What do you guys think?

Looks more like a generous 7.0. a lot of soiling on the fc and bc, cb creases on spine and top left corner. Definitely below an 8.0

6.5 with a .5 sway but I'd lean more to 6.0

Looks like a chip out of the top outside corner B.C. and a tiny chip or a crease bottom outside corner F.C. Soiling and spine creases and looks like a dust shadow outside front edge. Book might clean up pretty good though but 7.0 seems right.

Yeah, I thought 5.5 too, but can't assess the freshness/gloss which sometimes can give it a bump.
