Stress on the spine, corners in bad shape, edges are in bad shape

Send it in to PGX and they will grade it 9.6.....

7.5/8.0 at best

I'd say 7.5 / 8.0 as well

 8.0 cause it has rough edges, but no Bends, but the spine ticks included might make it 7.5

Still!! In this day and age not a bad book to have  Congrats!

I was thinking 8.5 so I guess I was somewhat close.  Still trying to learn.  Thanks to all who replied I appreciate it.
