Reluctantly putting this up for sale but may pull it.   Bidding on a big book in one of the upcoming auctions and trying to raise a little more cash.  This is one of my grails so won't be terribly upset if it doesn't sell.  Accept paypal, money order or check.  Okay for limited time payments but would need payment in full by  mid December.  Price $8500
