Please grade my Fantastic Four 99

Fantastic Four 99 NM- (9.2) OW/W; $1.50 written in light pencil on back; Back cover looks much nicer in person than scan shows.

 

So is my NM- grade fair or am I smoking crack?

I think 9.2 is a little high maybe somewhere in the 8.5 to 9.0 range. but to keep from being disapointed aim for a CGC 8.0 and if it is higher be happy. My ASM 129 looked nicer and only got an 8.5

Is that a chip out of the URC of the front cover, or just blunting? This one looks like maybe 9.2 unless that is a chip.

It's overhang along the top that has folded down at both top corners a little.

frayed impact to LLFC, spine tick at TS, URFC blunted - if everything cleans up on the the BC, I think it's an 8.5 , perhaps a 9.0 in hand

 

I strongly dislike production creases
